When i try new idea I like to do it the best I can with a bit of my own twist. Sunday I made this mini meat balls & chicken cubes on a stick. I also made some mini jacket potatoes garnished with cream cheese and fresh chives (it was a hit!)
This was for my dads 70th birthday by the way... Forgot to mention that important bit of information ;). I also posting a pic of the beautiful cake that I would really like to bake some day...
